Growing Together

Administrative Leadership Team

The Administrative Leadership Team provides strategic leadership for the district by aligning the work of every school and department around our board adopted goals. While each administrator leads a specific building or department, we share collective responsibility for the success of every student and every employee across the district.

Our work centers on developing people, strengthening systems, and removing barriers so that teachers can focus on what matters most: student learning. We strive to model the culture we hope to see throughout our organization by leading with trust, collaboration, transparency, and a commitment to continuous growth.

Admin Team

District Leadership Team

The District Lead Team serves as the district's culture team. This group brings together teacher leaders, administrators, and support staff to strengthen both student and adult learning across the organization.

Together we identify, clarify, and model the beliefs, practices, and behaviors that define who we are as a district. Through shared leadership, we build consistency across schools, support district initiatives, and strengthen the relationships that allow great work to happen.

The District Lead Team also serves as the steward of our Trust Accelerators, helping ensure these commitments are not simply words on a page but practices that shape our daily work.

Trust Accelerators

The District Leadership Team views our trust accelerators as shared and valued commitments. As such, we accept responsibility to hold one another and our colleagues across the organization, accountable for upholding these central values. We work together as a team, to not only clarify what these trust accelerators look like, but also clarify how to practice and grow a culture of shared responsibility for living these commitments together.

  • We make all decisions through the lens of our learning mission

  • We seek to understand

  • We have difficult conversations “above the table” in a kind and direct way

  • We are loyal to those who are absent

  • We believe in abundance thinking and resist a “this or that” thinking

  • We act from an internal locus of control and view vulnerability as key to growing our individual and collective impact.

  • We prioritize culture over climate with a belief that both are present in high-functioning organizations

  • We celebrate success together

A poster titled 'TRUST ACCELERATORS' outlines five key principles: Talk, Reliability, Uncommon Results, Seek to Understand, and Think Abundantly.

Vertical Teams

Vertical Teams bring educators together across grade levels within a content area or department to strengthen learning from one year to the next. By examining student evidence, refining essential learning, and aligning instructional practices, these teams ensure students experience a coherent and connected learning journey.

These teams are where collective responsibility for student learning becomes most visible. Members openly share successes, examine challenges, invite feedback, and learn from one another with humility and trust. Through collaboration grounded in evidence, Vertical Teams continuously improve instruction so every student has the opportunity to learn at high levels.
