The Oostburg School District strives to make its facilities available for activities that support student learning and development, strengthen our community, and responsibly steward public resources.
Facility Use Request
The Oostburg School District is proud to make its facilities available to community organizations, nonprofits, and other groups when they are not in use for school programs. Use the Facility Use Request Form to request the use of district buildings, athletic fields, meeting spaces, or other facilities. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval; all reservations are reviewed based on availability, district priorities, and facility use guidelines. Our goal is to provide a fair, transparent process while supporting opportunities that benefit our students and community.
