Athletics Registration
Ready for the season?
Athletic registration is included as part of the annual school registration process. Families who indicated that their student planned to participate in athletics were guided through the required athletic information during registration.
If your student did not plan to participate when completing school registration, or if your plans have changed, you can still complete athletic registration using the link below.

Students participating in athletics must meet WIAA physical requirements before participating in practices or competitions.
The athletic registration process will help determine whether your student needs a new physical examination or if current documentation is already on file. If a physical is required, families will receive the appropriate physical form after completing registration.
A current physical examination is required every two years. Families should review their student's physical status before each athletic season to ensure all requirements are met.
If a student's physical expires during an athletic season, the student may continue participation during the allowed grace period. However, a new physical examination must be completed and submitted before the beginning of the next athletic season.
Families are encouraged to complete physical requirements early to avoid delays in athletic participation.
