Good morning, Due to the warning issued and forecast for ice during primary bus times and throughout day, we will be canceling school today Thursday 2/7/2019. All before and after school activities are also canceled.
We can’t wait to see you at the annual PTO Family Fun Fair on Friday, February 8th from 5:00-8:00pm. There are games, prizes, food, face painting, bounce houses, tattoos, silent auctions, and raffles. Check out all the great prizes to be won! See you on Friday.
Dutchmen Pride in All We Do
Seniors (“Gottem”) and 3rd graders (“Dutchmen Gamers”) recently competed in the regional Destination Imagination meet with an improv challenge and a play based on a game, respectively. These two teams won first place and advanced to the state competition! CONGRATULATIONS to all students who took part in this year’s DI experience. #BoostTheOost
High School Voice students spectacularly perform “Run to You”, “All of Me”, and “You’re the Voice” before a large audience, as they open for the Wisconsin Singers.
“The more that you read, the more things you will know. The more that you learn, the more places you’ll go.” First graders had so much fun reading Dr. Seuss books together in honor of his birthday!
Officer Brad Riddiough visited Mrs. V’s first grade class! He a read book about police officers, showed a PowerPoint presentation, and explained what his new position is at OSD. He answered lots of questions, and the students loved it! #BoostTheOost
OMS Forensics students traveled to their Level 2 meet in Oshkosh at the end of February. All participants did a wonderful job and ended the season on a great note! #BoostTheOost
Mr. Bruggink shared some of his amazing experiences scuba diving in and around Lake Michigan shipwrecks with the fifth grade class during library. Each fifth grader will now be researching and building a Google Site around a shipwreck on one of the Great Lakes. #BoostTheOost
