Dodgeball for a Purpose

For the last 45 minutes of the school day today, OMS students paid to play (and be a spectator) in a Pay It Forward Dodgeball Tournament. The idea came from a 7th grade OMS student who wanted to do something special to honor Lonely Vang. Lonely is an 8th grade OMS student who was in a tragic near drowning accident last summer. In addition, students and staff wore blue today, Lonely’s favorite color. A special thanks to all who participated for such a wonderful cause! It was a fun and very purposeful way to end the week.
