Important Report Card Update

Good Afternoon,

With the warm November weather, it’s hard to believe that the first quarter of the year is complete. Our quarter ended on Tuesday, November 8th and the staff is finishing up the first quarter report cards and preparing for the upcoming parent teacher conferences. Parent teacher conferences provide a nice way to have a conversation about the progress that your son or daughter has made over the past nine weeks, and lay out a plan for the coming quarter.

As you may know, we are moving to a paperless report card this year. You should have received a letter in the mail outlining this move, reasons for this change, and instructions outlining how to access your son or daughter’s grades. These will be made available to you via the parent portal on Infinite Campus on the afternoon of Tuesday, November 14th. If you don’t already have an account to sign in to the parent portal of Infinite Campus, the letter explains how to go about creating an account and who to contact for assistance. The letter explaining our move to paperless report cards as a district can be found at Report Card Letter.

We understand that there are some families that do not have internet access at home or otherwise may not prefer online methods.  Please contact OES directly to discuss options that are available to you, including having your report card printed at conferences.

Thank You!
